Entering the world of training does not require that you possess years of experience or certificates stacked on your desk. What truly matters is your story — the journey you lived, the skills you gained, and the message you want to share with others.
At the beginning, your role is not to appear as the expert who knows everything. Your role is to be someone who has lived something worth telling. Maybe you learned how to manage your time after years of chaos. Maybe you overcame fear of public speaking. Maybe you built a small project with limited resources. These experiences, no matter how small you think they are, may be exactly what someone else needs to hear today.
The first step is to choose one field that you have personally walked through and understand well. Then start speaking about it in your own words — simply, without complication. Share what you learned, the mistakes you made, and how others can avoid them.
Record short videos, write posts, or even share your thoughts with small groups. Over time, people will begin to see your voice, your style, and the value you offer. You will not need to convince anyone — your content will speak for you.
The journey of training is not about information; it is about the soul behind the information. About presence. About the ability to inspire others to believe in their own possibilities.
You are not required to start perfectly. You are only required to start.
