I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Biology, along with a Diploma in Education from Al Ain University. I have over eight years of teaching experience, during which I developed strong skills in delivering curricula and enhancing student engagement, with a clear ability to simplify scientific concepts and transform them into impactful, practical learning experiences.
I currently serve as a Head of Department at a leading educational institution in the United Arab Emirates, where I contribute to academic planning, oversee the implementation of lesson plans, and support the quality of education in alignment with modern standards. I also focus on empowering teachers and developing their performance through continuous follow-up, constructive feedback, and the adoption of innovative teaching strategies.
I am passionate about integrating modern technologies and artificial intelligence into the educational process.
